How do I hypnotise people?
Step 1
How to locate your subjects.
This is what I was trying to do for years, I read countless books on the subject even tried strobe lights, you name it I tried it. When the question should have been how I locate subjects to hypnotise?
My first success came when I was on tour. I was in a professional band called St Cecilia and we had a hit record with Leap up and down with your knickers in the air:

Any way, our head road manager Jim Smith agreed to let me try and hypnotise him. By that time I think I had read just about everything on the subject, any way I proceeded to put him under, and while he was under I gave him a post hypnotic suggestion, that in this case when you wake up and when I and only I say the word blue you will think that someone has left a lighted cigarette on your seat, you will immediately jump up and think you have been burnt, and to my surprise it worked. Now thankfully I didn’t fall into the trap, by thinking that I had finally learnt how to hypnotise some one, no what had really happened is that by shear luck I had picked a good subject, in other words some one who was, so to speak suggestible. I then realized that for me the secrete was finding good subjects and interestingly Jim was an extremely clever man, he had qualifications in electronics and was also a highly accomplished musician; so as I researched more and more this seemed to be common feature (as far I was concerned) I then began to believe that people who where gifted or had greed potential to acquired skills, learned things in a different way (straight to the subconscious). Any way as not to labour my theory’s to much I then continued for many years to hypnotise many hundreds of people. Ok so how?
The basic steps.
- make sure that you are in a room or a hall with at least 30 people ( you may be lucky and find good subjects with less, but why buck the odds)
- Talk about hypnotise and how it safe and that you can’t make people do something that they don’t want to do, which is true.
- Then ask everyone to place there hands intertwine/locked so that the tops of there intertwined hands are pressed together tight, and pressing down on the top of there head with good pressure.
- Then tell every one that some of you when I count to 5 will find your hands stuck together, and that will prove that you have great concentration.
- Count to 5 slowly and keep saying as you count that your hands are now locking together, when you reach 5 say your hands are now locked and you can’t separate them.
- When the remainder of the subjects can’t pull there hands apart, count to 5 again and say when I get to 5 your hands will separate.
- Ask these three subjects (could be more or less) to sit down on a chair together i.e. 3 people sitting on three chairs together.
- Now at any time that you don’t continue you must tell these chosen subjects that they will feel great and they are completely awake and not hypnotised.
Now this has got you to the first stage how to pick the correct subjects.
The next stage will be in my next article where over the next few articles I will show you how to hypnotise people successfully my email is jproctor@jproctor.net. or jproctor0@hotmail.com
